Why teams look for a SavvyCal alternative

SavvyCal is well liked for its booking experience, and it includes round robin and team links on both plans. The cost model is the usual reason teams compare. SavvyCal charges per user, so every rep who hosts a meeting needs a seat, and the bill grows with headcount.

CalendarMeeting is built around the workspace. You pay for a host limit, keep all hosts in one place, rotate calls across them with a single link, and qualify leads with a routing form before anyone sees a calendar.

Honest price comparison

SavvyCal lists two plans on its public pricing page. Basic is $12 per user a month, or $10 billed annually. Premium is $20 per user a month, or $17 billed annually, and adds custom domains, removing SavvyCal branding and payments at booking. Check their site for the terms that apply to you.

CalendarMeeting Starter is $49 a month for up to 3 hosts, Plus is $149 a month for up to 15 hosts, and Pro is $499 a month for up to 50 hosts. Billed yearly the prices are half. For two or three hosts, SavvyCal Basic costs less. At roughly a dozen hosts on monthly billing, the Plus workspace price is the lower number, and the gap widens up to 15 hosts.

Where SavvyCal is the better choice

If you are one person or a team of two or three, SavvyCal Basic is cheaper, and its Premium plan takes payments when people book and supports your own domain. CalendarMeeting does not take payments on booking pages today. Pick the tool that matches how you work.
