Round robin

Meetings rotate between the hosts in a pool. You can weigh the rotation so that senior people take fewer meetings, and the system skips anyone who is busy, so a client always sees a slot that a real person can take.

Collective availability

For panels, interviews and joint sessions, collective availability shows only the times when every selected host is free, and books all of them at once.

Fair, visible and adjustable

Managers can see how meetings are distributed and change the pool at any time. Add a new hire to the rotation or take someone out for a week without touching the booking link that clients already use.

Plans for teams

Team features start on the Plus plan, which covers up to 15 hosts. The Pro plan covers up to 50 hosts with advanced routing rules, webhooks and an audit log.

Common questions

The booking page shows no slot for that time. You can add a fallback host so the client still has a place to book.
Yes. Use a routing form to ask the client a question, then send them to the matching pool.

Give every client one link to book

Set up your booking page, connect your calendar and let clients pick a time that is actually free.
