Access to calendars

CalendarMeeting asks for the calendar permissions it needs to read busy time and write bookings, and nothing more. Each person connects their own calendar and can disconnect it at any time.

Roles and audit log

Workspace owners decide who can create meeting types, change routing rules and manage billing. On the Pro plan an audit log records changes to routing, availability and team membership.

Enterprise controls

The Enterprise plan adds single sign on, custom roles, a service level agreement and invoicing. Enterprise is $999 per month, or $499.50 per month billed yearly.

Your data

Booking details are used to run your meetings and are not sold. Read the privacy policy for what is collected and how to ask for deletion.
