Scheduling tool for meetings that runs in four steps
You can go from nothing to a live booking link in a few minutes. This is the path a meeting takes through CalendarMeeting.
Open slots this week
Step one, connect your calendar
Sign in with Google Calendar or Outlook. CalendarMeeting reads when you are busy so that no one can book over an existing event, and it writes new bookings back to the calendar you choose.
Step two, set availability and the meeting type
Choose the days and hours you take meetings, how long each one lasts, the buffer you need afterwards and where you meet. Pick Zoom, Google Meet, phone or in person. Add the questions you want answered before the call.
Step three, share the link
Each meeting type has its own link. Paste it in an email, an email signature, a proposal or a button on your website. For teams, one link can serve everybody and decide who takes the meeting.
Step four, the meeting happens
The client picks a slot. Both sides receive an invite with the video link. Reminders go out before the meeting and a follow up goes out afterwards. If plans change, the client reschedules or cancels from the same email and the slot opens up again.
